I don't understand the problem some users are getting. Was able to make an order no problem, easier than going onto the website..
Not so easy to use app today. Had trouble logging in for a start but hope I get what I ordered plus the free gift. Not accepting my details so I had to delete APP and then install it and start again by reregistering. A nightmare. Had an email saying I had a free gift so whether I get it or not is a mystery.
Impossible to find information about subscription payments Difficult to find recycling information. App constantly changing, not easily navigated.
Very slow to open, but after that it's pretty straightforward to use.

Today is the second time I have tried to add another delivery address myself and ended up having to call you, twice. Your system won't accept a 3 digit, first part of a post code. Appalling for such a global company and very annoying it hasn't been looked at since my first problem trying to do this about a year ago.
